Payment & Prices

At the moment, we only accept card payments by all major credit cards. The full amount will be charged upon ordering through the checkout.

Orders to countries outside the USA may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. «eurostyle your life» ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the USA and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Exchanges and refunds

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if the product and its original packaging are fully intact.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to «eurostyle your life». Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 14 days of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs.
All exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, style, or design, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Shipping

When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.

Orders within USA

American orders are delivered with the US Postal Service.

International orders (delivery outside of USA)

International orders are shipped with the American postal service in cooperation with their foreign counterparts.
Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address.

Uncollected items

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items.

Violation of rules

«eurostyle your life» reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.

Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

Catastrophic Events

In case of a catastrophic event, the obligations of «eurostyle your life» are procrastinated. The contract between you and «eurostyle your life» can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by «eurostyle your life». A catastrophic event is the event of failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters, and could include war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures,  or similar events.
